The Bonnie Van Ee Memorial Scholarship

For Outstanding Service and Dedication to TSGAS

In memory of our former school President, tireless contributor, and promoter extraordinaire, Bonnie Van Ee ... A single scholarship for one year's full tuition will be available for award to one TSGAS student per year. In the spirit of Bonnie's remarkable devotion to the school, we are seeking nominees who have demonstrated like-minded service and dedication to TSGAS. Please submit the form below if you wish to nominate someone that you feel meets the requirements (including yourself!). Some examples of service to the school, albeit not fully inclusive, would be participating in school or sister organization activities and functions such as:

• Volunteering for service at Germania Society's annual Oktoberfest or Chriskindlmarkt
• Representing the school by marching in the annual Cincinnati Bockfest parade
• Printing or distributing school literature
• Assisting with the annual Rouladen Dinner
• Helping with the move or delivery of school assets
• Working the phones at the WCET Action Auction
• Participating in the school's Christmas activities
• Serving on designated panels or committees

The selection may be competitive in nature based upon the aforementioned service criteria as described on the nomination form. The selection will be made by the school board or designated special panel. If the form is showing, then scholarship nominations are being accepted for the upcoming school year. Please note that scholarship winners will not be eligible for future consideration. Winners will be listed in our Bonnie Van Ee Scholarship Hall of Fame.

After the inaugural year 2023/2024 selection, the nomination period will last approximately three weeks in order to make the selection and announce the winner by the end of the school year.
